I have a number of videos recorded on a GoPro which is inverted on the mount.
The files have metadata Rotation=180, and AutoRotation=Down (set by GoPro).
Smart Renderer outputs all videos that are upside down, so doesn't obey the rotation flag.
I have changed the rotation flag in the cut/edit window - tried disabled, 90, 180, 270.
The resulting output is always upside down.
As a comparison, Cyberlink PowerDirector produces output that is the right way up.

Probably you joined your file with another file.
The rotation flag is recognized by the playback software, which then rotates
it 180 degrees for playback. However, if you combine multiple clips, the rotation
flag will be discarded.
