Need help please!
I convert a VCD to mpeg format(vcd .dat)using vcdGear and then TMPGEnc to make clips(edit)so that I can watch the same on a Palm PDA.For this I use VirtualDub to convert to xvid. But there is no audio nor on the PC orpalm!
Think this has something to do with the audio format. After converting the audio format is"44hz stereo,224kbps,layer II".But no sound on PC. thanks
Hi, I used TMPGenc to make from PAL dvd's a NTSC s-vcd. Now I try the same in making A NTSC dvd. But I can not get it to work. I need help. Email me at limbovideo@email.com
I can't save edits as mpeg files rather it saves as TMPGenc which other programs cannot open. The solution I used was to batch recode which gave me an mpeg file
For most of my AVI files when i encode the file has no sound, this is not the case for all my AVI's but most, I've successfully encoded many MKV files, but I'm having problems with the AVI's, is there a certain codec i need or something?

I have a question. I have a few mpg files I want to demix and than mix again on a dvd project. But it i Demix the file and mix it again without doing anything als the audio and video are out of sync. The longer in the movie the more out of sync.
After Demix I get 2 files:
1 Filename.m1v (44 min and 14 sec)
2 Filename.mp2 (44 min and 12 sec)
Is it normal the audio and video aren't even long ????
And how am i going to get the audio and video back in sync ???
Is there a way to turn multiple AVI's into one mpeg-2 file?
I'm trying to make a DVD of around 13 20 min Episodes of a TV series, but if I do it 1 at a time the file size gets way too big
Yes you can with TMPGEnc. Just load the AVI file. Then select output to one mpeg file. But 13, 20min episodes is too much for just one 4.7GB DVD. You would have to choose very low bitrate. Or use TMPGEnc 3.0's XDVD option to squeeze more video on the disc. Best to put on multiple DVD's or buy expensive dual-layer DVD recordable discs.
I have tried multiple AVI but there is no way to add more than one file. Once I add the first file the source area "locks" or goes grey. Some more detailed instructions would be appreciated.
Hi, I would like to see this option in future version. "Output clips separately", same as TMPGenc encoder.
I want to use MPEG Editor to batch re-encode files, but it only allows you to output to one file. No option to "output clips separately". Batch encode is almost useless to me, without this option for separate files.
thanks for making great, easy software. Hope it becomes even better.
