TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7 BBS [ Sorted by thread creation date ]
I hafe a simple question. I'm new here and have to find my way how things working in tmpg autoring works 7.
The only thing (i'm in a deathline because adobe encore 6 is not working annymore) need to know is this.
I dont want to use defauld templates because I want to create my own.
So my plan. Start a first play at the beginning at full screen.
After that the first motion menu starts in fulle screen.
Than after 14 seconds the next motion menu comes in with the clickable buttons.
There is also a buttons named charters. When you click on it the next fullscreen motion menu apears with a full screen video in the background wit clikable chapters. After playing one of this chapter the movie runs automaticly further whit the next chapter, unles you deside to go back, you go back to the next buton highlichted in the chaptermenu.
Also you can choose de extra buttons to pick the extra short movie. After playing this extra movie you come back in the extra menu and highlichted the next extra short movie and so on.
were can i find the tutorial how to build your own full screen menu with a first play and your own created menu?
Nothing les and nothing more.
Pleas can you send me the place where i can read how to make this.
The reason for asking is that there are to mutch explenations about everyting i dont want to read/kmow and it coast to much time. Hope you can help to the right direction.
Greatings and hope to hear sone from one of you.
I have made a blu-ray with TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7. The blu-ray has six tracks. The topmenu points to the 6 track menus. But I would like it when two of them would bypass the track menu and start playing the video without first going to the track menu. I see no option to do this within TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7.
I just bought the license a couple of days ago. Mainly, I want to use this to create a VCHD disk, which works amazing. I don't need the menu or anything because it's just a standalone movie.
My question is, I would love to be able to have the program generate chapters, say every 5 minutes, so I can hit the remote control to go to the next chapter.
Under "Cut Edit", I clicked "Index for seeking" And the program analyzed the file, but the disk cannot be used to go to the next chapter.
Iam sorry about my english.
I have a motion menue.
The menue is showing after 27sec.
The button comes in 27sec but the 26sec before you can see
the highlight without the bitton.
The hightlight must comes in 27sec too, how can I do that ?
I just downloaded the trial and it seems I am not able to do the most simple thing. I used Adobe Encore for years to create customized menus. I have no desire to use any of the backgrounds or buttons that is provided with the program? How do I get my own background and buttons into a menu. I see that all Backgrounds have a .taw7bg extension and buttons .taw7btn. Is there a way to convert my images to these assets? If not, this ends my trial. Thank you.
Hi, is it possible to select a BGM track and have it play continuously over the entire menu, even as you switch between pages? I only can see where each page has its own BGM, so if you select the same song it starts back over every time the page switches
This is driving me crazy, where is this menu?! In the online guide (precisely at this link (https://help.pegasys-inc.com/en/taw7/30325.html) it says that I can change these numbers, but I can't find this option anywhere"!
I've read at numerous locations on the web (seemingly generated by AI) that TMPGEnc Authoring Works 7 can output to an ISO disk image. It says one only needs to click on the Output to ISO button. Is this true? I do not see an output to ISO button anywhere in the Output section of Authoring Works 7. Is there something I'm missing?
Hello.
I need help. I have a track of song videos, say 30 videos. on the menu, each page of track 1 has 10 songs, along with next page, etc. All selections in the menu are 'Back to Menu' after playing. If I click 'Play All', it starts at song 1.
Is there a way to only have it play the 10 songs on page 2. without changing the end action to 'Play Next Chapter'? Like 'Play All' but only for the videos on that page (11-20).
There is a program to create 4k disc with a menu it is called, DVDLogic's KITe UHD Authoring Suite at dvd-logic.com. You can request a trial version, but it is not very user friendly and it is a vey high price. Now with DVDFab 13 you can make a 4k movie with out a menu and it does create chapters according to the length of the movie and add subtitles and audio tracks but since you don't have a menu you would use the next button on your UHD player to move through the chapters and the same with the different audio tracks, would be accessed with the remote to go through the different audio tracks.

I tried changing Main Menu background video & audio and received the following error:
illegal floating decimal point calculation order. Floating point division by zero [code:c000008E VMESys.dll ModuleBase:000000006A880000 Address:000000006AC36D11].
This is the path i used to update the background: Menu > Page Edit > Background Edit > within Source File Settings clicked Browse, then added video clip.
Tried several other videos for the background, but still received the same error message.
What am I failing to understand with changing the background video. Ironically I can change the audio without an issue.
Compared to DVD Architect, TMPGEnc has a difficult learning curve.
