Hi I'm a 3day newbie, I have so far got the DVD looking and working just the way I want it, BUT there is always a "But", on my DVD there RE 6 INDIVIDUAL VIDEO TRACKS, when I run the simulation everything works perfectly, BUT when I burn the DVD and then run it on my DVD player track 6 is the same as track 1, the thumbnails are correct, buttons do what they should, I have Burned 12 DVD's so far andI am now at a total road block, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been working on a project for a few months. I last worked on it last week. Today when I try to open it, I get the message: "This file is not a project file generated by TMPGenc Authoring Works 4".
I have a backup of the project file on a separate drive. It gives me the same error.
Other project files open fine.

Can Authoring Works 6 create a looping Blu-ray disc?

Unfortunately its not possible to encode videos (h264/h265) with or without using nvenc with or without using cuda on my 14900/4090 where randomly the following error occured:

"An error occured communicating with the output process(6)" error

Even with the latest update I have these problems. Often I restart the encoding many times or trying to encode in parallel for a result but that is more like trying to persuade the program to cooperate ...

Is there any known mitigation for this issue or do I really have to look for another product?

My situation is this: 1 video file with 2 audio tracks and 2 subtitle streams. I have all of this loaded in but I can not for the life of me figure out how to get this represented on a menu.

All I want is a background image (that's the fun part!) and 1 text link that says something like "DUBBED" and another that says "SUBTITLED". The dubbed will link to the video file and play it with audio track 1 and subtitles track 1 (translated on screen text). SUBTITLED will lead it to the same video file, but with audio track 2 and subtitle 2.

No matter how many times I select "Create Unique Page for Audio and Subtitles Selections" on the menu wizard... no such thing happens.

Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

I have the same question, how do you add a subtitle ON/OFF button in the Top Menu when I only show Tracks from within the TOP Menu.
This is the deciding factor if we buy this software or not.
Trying to explore other software at this point.
