Why do i get this error messge when i want to convert an AVI file to MPG?

This happens if :

You have not downloaded TMPGEnc correctly.
or
You have not unziped TMPGEnc correctly.
or
Both of above.

I have downloaded TMPG twice and I still receive the same error when I try and convert and MPG file.

I need a clear answer or somewhere I can download this P3Package.dll file

This is only downloading or unzipping problem.

You should try with another PC or software to download/unzip.
