Very New to Pegasys. My question is what final frame rate does Pegasys encode down to before it writes to DVD disc? I’ll use media encoder after the edit to export (Adobe premPro) to feed Pegasys. What is the native framerate to initially shoot with (24-30 interlaced or progressive) so there’s little degradation? Thx for your time in advance.
in the timeline after making the cuts I cant find where to activate a save on each cut
if I wish to change the color in parts of the video how can I do that without altering the rest of the video?
I tried using the method to make cuts but not cutting then alter the color but that changes the next section as well
In the chapter menus, as soon as I set an animated background, the thumbnails of the different chapters are fixed when they should be animated. Is this a bug, or is there a way to fix it ?
Hello everyone,
I’m working on a project with a single-page menu that features four tracks. My goal is for the menu to automatically highlight the next track after one finishes playing. This works perfectly for the first three tracks, as they return to the top menu and highlight the subsequent track.
However, I’m encountering an issue with the last track. Once it finishes, it remains highlighted on itself instead of looping back to highlight Track 1 again.
Has anyone else experienced this? I’d appreciate any tips or solutions on how to make the last track return to highlight Track 1 after playback. Thanks in advance!
I am trying to use NVENC to convert a 1080p AVC MKV to a 1080p HEVC 1080p MKV to save hard drive space and I get this error:
TMPGEnc Video Mastering Works 7 An Error Occurred during executing the NVENCNVENC internal error.(6: NVENCSTATUS = 20 / NV_ENC_ERR_GENERIC)
I am sure this is not exactly what was reported but is as close as I could type into notepad.
I was using Windows 10 x64 home and an old Intel Core i7-860 at 2.8Ghz with 16gb DDR3 and a GTX 1080 and I had no problem with the GTX 1080 using NVENC.
I upgraded to a i7-14700K with 96GB DDR 6400 and a RTX 4070ti with windows 10 x64 home and I do not understand what the problem is with the new video card and NVENC.
I picked the CUDA cores from the prefernce for encoding and filtering and ran the performance test and restarted and no luck.
OK, I just tried output to .mp4 and it works with NVENC. I have found you can really just interchange most videos by swapping the extension like .MKV to .MP4 and vice versa so It really does not make much difference.
Hi!
I am a new user of Authoring Works 7. Is it possible to replace the source track, leaving the chapter markers and thumbnails as they are?
I had to do some changes in my source video. It would be handy, not to do the whole DVD Menue work again, as it was in Adobe Encore.
I can see how to add a transition to a clip at the end (e.g. fade-to-black).
Is it possible to add one at the start as well (e.g. fade-from-black) ?
It seems like the transition editor GUI displays a list of transitions but there is only one in the list by default, for the end, and it's not obvious if you can add another.
