As I drop a file, it automatically recode,as it does,I can't rename the output file,no good.....

And,can't it load iso files directly? it's important to me..
I backup all my DVDs to iso files before..

You can rename the files before you output, but first you must deactivate the auto encode function.
Once deactivated, you can queue up your files like normal and it won't start encoding. Right-click on the video and there should be an option to set the name for the output file.
