Question － Karma doesn't work in Vista Ultimate

Downloaded and installed Karma five times,in three languagues. Iam running latest Windows Vista Ultimate with all current netframework updates.
Each time I open Karma I get "passed" for everything except "SP1 netframework not installed."
SP130 netframework cannot be installed on Vista,nordoesVistaneed it. Karma is a defective program.
